Transform your empty ICE BREAKERS Sugar Free Gum container into a cute, eco-friendly planter! With some fun doodles and stickers or wrapped in rope, an ordinary gum container transforms into a sustainable starter home for your plants.

You'll Need

  • Seeds/seedlings
  • Soil
  • ICE BREAKERS ICE CUBES container
  • Acrylic paint pens and stickers (optional)
  • Jute cord for hanging or wrapping the plant (optional)
  • ICE BREAKERS Mints container (optional)

Directions

Gather your supplies.

Peel off the label and wipe out your new planter.

Create 3-5 holes in the bottom of the container for drainage. We recommend using a screwdriver with a pointed end, a hammer and nail or a power drill, or you can opt for a few rocks at the bottom instead.

Decorate your planter using paint pens, stickers or wrap it in cord. Another option is to put extra holes in the sides to hang your planter.

Fill your planter halfway with dirt, insert your seedlings and finish filling the container.
