Step-by-Step Directions

1
supplies to make the trick or treat candy bowl costume laid out on table

Cut a hole in the bottom of your “bowl.” Make it wide enough for you to fit inside, and smooth out the edges.

2

Cut 2 holes in the front and 2 holes in the back where you’ll affix the straps.

3

Paint the bowl with white spray paint or another color of your choice. Let it dry completely before moving on to the next step.

4
measuring webbing strips

Cut 2 webbing strips long enough to wrap over the shoulders and attach to the bowl.

5
gluing slip straps to bowl

Slip straps through holes and glue straps to keep them in place. Let the glue dry completely before trying it on.

6

Line your bowl with a layer of bubble wrap, foam or blankets to cushion your candy.

7

Fill the bowl with REESE’S Candy, KIT KAT® Bars or other Hershey Halloween Candy.

Now that your hard work is done, treat yourself by heading out on the trick-or-treat trail with your very own Choose Both costume. And don’t forget to Choose Both REESE’S and KIT KAT Candy to fill up your bowl for the big night!
