    cold water
  • 2 Tbsps
    boiling water

  • 1 cup
    whipping creme (1/2 pt) cold
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

Tip

Whip cocoa mixture only until mixture forms stiff peaks when mixer beaters are lifted.
