vanilla extract

Directions

Melt 2 Tbsps of butter in small saucepan over low heat. Stir in 1/4 cup of HERSHEY’S Cocoa and 3 Tbsps water. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Do not boil.

Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla. Gradually add 1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar, beating with whisk until smooth. Add additional water, 1/2 teaspoon at a time, until mixture reaches desired consistency.
