Accent your fondant flowers with these fresh, easy fondant leaves! They’re quite simple to make and extra tasty — thanks to a three-ingredient marshmallow fondant recipe. You won’t need any special supplies to make these gorgeous green leaves, perfect for adding to your flower decorations or using on their own. Prep your work surface with a light dusting of cornstarch or powdered sugar.
Pinch off a small piece of green fondant. Use your hands to roll it into a ball.
Press down on the ball with your thumb to flatten it, then create the leaf shape with your fingers. Pinch one side down to create the top of the leaf.
Use the back of the knife to create a vein down the center of the leaf.
Repeat steps 2-4 to create as many leaves as you like. You can vary the size depending on how much fondant you start with.
