ROLO® Sweet & Salty Caramel Brownie Bites

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl add all the wet ingredients, whisk to combine.

In another large mixing bowl add all of the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.

Slowly incorporate the wet into the dry mixing with a spoon just until combined.

Spoon into mini muffin pan and submerge 1 ROLO® into each mini brownie bite.

Bake for 13-15 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool.

Place all the caramel ingredients into a medium saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted. Raise heat to medium high and bring to a boil for three minutes, without stirring. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

To finish the brownie bites, fill the divot on the top (left by the ROLO®) with caramel and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Enjoy.
